Muse Gourmet

Namasté My name is Heidi Biesterveld, aka the Muse Gourmet. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved to spend time in the kitchen; cooking, baking, organizing spices. Being in the kitchen… anyone’s kitchen, is always very comfortable to me. I don’t claim to be a food expert. I’ve never gone to culinary school and I’m not a chef at a big fancy restaurant. But, I will tell you that Malcolm Gladwell would most likely be of the opinion that I had logged enough time cooking, baking, and creating recipes, to offer a little assist.
